Volunteers needed!

Volunteers are needed to head up the 2010 garage sales. Please contact your board members to volunteer. Email addresses are located on the Board page.
We are also looking for someone to organize a block party or the like in the Spring. Again, please contact your board members if interested.
2010 Annual Meeting Minutes Posted

Our 2010 Annual Meeting was held on February 2 at Grace United Methodist Church (Taylor Rd). Note that this meeting was a reschedule of the first meeting where there were not enough participants to establish a quorum.
Having established a quorum this time, the meeting was held. Highlights include the election of a new board member – Chris Angel. Chris will take the seat formerly held by Derek Scott. Chris’s term will run until January 2013. Joel Hutcheson, who was previously appointed to fill a vacancy on the board was elected to fill out the remainder of the term (ending in January 2012). Tim Hutcheson will also continue to serve until January 2011.
ARC committee members will remain the same. Check out the ARC page for details.

2009-09-17 Board Meeting

The meeting minutes for the third quarter board meeting have now been posted on the minutes page. Highlights on the meeting include the appoinment of a new board member. Mr. Joel Hutcheson has been appointed to the board to the vacant position. His term will run until the 2010 annual meeting. At that time, HOA members will elect someone to fill this position.
Third Quarter Board of Directors Meeting

The board has a regular meeting scheduled for September 17, 2009. This will be the third quarter meeting. Though the meeting is for board members, all HOA members are entitled to attend. Board meetings are always held at Goldsmith Company’s office on Haywood Road in Greenville. The address is located on the contact page. If you wish to address the board during this meeting, please contact propery manager Nancy Gould in advance to be added to the docket.
